Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Due to orders being custom made, lead times are subject to change at any time.

We offer international shipping on certain products, and shipping to the USA and Canada for all products. If you do not see your country listed let me know and I can open up shipping to your country in most cases. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Deviant Dog Gear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
